Return Policy

- Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.  Sorry NO Credit Card Refunds. 

- All items must be in original and new condition with attached tags.  Items must be free of odors, pet hair, deodorant and makeup stains and unworn to be eligible for exchange or store credit. 

- When returning boots, please ship back in the original boot box wrapped in shipping paper or another box so that the original box does not get damaged in the return process.  Boots will NOT be accepted for return if the original boot box is damaged. 

- Original shipping fees are nonrefundable and customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. 

- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please email Buy@LoveUrbanCoyote.com for assistance in returning.

- No refunds on special orders

- All Sale items are FINAL and NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.
